There are no changes to our current operational hours or routes. We will remain open during this crisis.
We are well positioned to maintain our supply chain and have adequate supplies to get us through.
Per
CDC social distancing recommendations and in trying to keep utilities
less exposed in order to maintain operations, we will no longer have
direct client contact. Sample drop procedures will change.
Our receiving staff will greet you from safe distance.
Leave the Lab copy of the COC on the table and take pictures of the COC’s for your records or log into our client portal for your copy.
Place samples on the cart with correct labelled matrix.
Take personal precautions and sanitize your area or wash hands after leaving samples.
Call ahead for kits (that have
already been made) and we will leave out for you- please give us 30
minute window. For kits not requested yet we ask normal 5 days heads up
